Nancy Ulrich and Jim Flagg have moderated hundreds of focus groups with consumers, employees, and business professionals. We have two focus group suites and one traditional conference room, all of which were designed for moderators, by moderators. Our database is kept current and clean, to ensure the best recruit possible.

Audio and Video Taping:  These services are complimentary with any room booking.  Ceiling mounted microphones and hidden cameras make your respondents feel at ease.  Two standard audio tapes and one VHS tape provided per group.  Dubbing is also available, as is video editing and DVD burning.  Each client lounge has a monitor so you won't miss a beat.  Extra TV's, VCR's and DVD players are available, as well as LCD projectors and screens.

Internet Access: Every client lounge, observation room and conference room is fully equipped to handle your Internet access needs, whether it be wireless, T1 high-speed, or dial-up.  With numerous access panels in the floors, usability labs are an easy set up. 

We understand how important a good, clean recruit is, and we guarantee one every time.  No professional respondents!  Recruiting services encompass recruiting, confirmation letters, reminder phone calls, and attempted replacement of cancellations within 24 hours of the group.  Profile sheets are supplied everyday for your approval. 

We are an ActiveGroup facility. ActiveGroup uses the technology of streaming media (also known as webcasting and Internet broadcasting) to transmit audio and video over the Internet. You will be able to view, hear and participate in your research event! No longer do you have to physically be at a facility to participate in the groups, nor do you have to travel to a place to watch the groups on a video conferencing unit. You are freed from the scheduling, budgeting, traveling and time constraints that traditional focus groups impose on you.
